Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2014, inter alia, have noted the resignation of the following Directors of the Company:<BR><BR>1. Mr. J. L Deshmukh (w.e.f. November 21. 2014 due to various other responsibilities and commitments towards family);<BR><BR>2. Mr. A. U. Rijhsinghani (w.e.f. November 30. 2014 due to the proposed age policy for Directors of the Company which mentions the age limit of 80 Years for appointment / continuing as a Director);<BR><BR>3. Mr. P. K. Basu (w.e.f. December 01,2014 due to personal health reasons).
