Wall Street Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :<br/><br/>1. Mr. Sudip Bandyopadhyay, chairman tendered his resignation from chairmanship of the Company to board for the reason of his other pre occupation. However Mr. Bandyopadhyay shall still continue in the Capacity of Independent Director on the board. The Board expressed gratitude for his miraculous leadership qualities which has taken the Company to new heights.<br/><br/>2. Mrs. Divya Tongya who is a non executive director of Company was appointed as the new Chairperson of the Company.
