Wanbury Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall now remain closed for the Companys Directors/Officers/Key Managerial Personnel/ Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. February 07, 2017 till February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
