Warren Tea Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results for the Year Ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 19, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for purchase/sale/dealing in the Companys shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
