Weizmann Forex Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following;<BR><BR>1. Adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and year to date December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. The Limited Review Report of the Auditors in respect of the quarter and year to date December 31, 2016<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company for the purpose of dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from January 31, 2017 till February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
