Welcast Steels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2015, to consider:<BR><BR>1. the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>3. Date of AGM and book closure.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, trading windows will remain close from April 22, 2015 to May 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the approval of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
