With reference to the earlier letter dated April 20, 2015, regarding FY15 results on April 28, 2015, Welspun Corp Ltd has now informed BSE that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone as well as consolidated audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, the Board would also consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares.
