Welspun Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone as well as the consolidated audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from April 21, 2015 to April 29, 2015.
