Welspun Corp Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and Welspun Managing Director Employee Stock Option Plan, 20,50,029 stock options ("options") were granted to Mr. Braja Mishra, Managing Director on December 24, 2014 and these options vested on December 24, 2015. The options have been exercised by Mr. Mishra on February 05, 2016.
