With reference to earlier letter dated April 21, 2015, regarding Board Meeting on April 29, 2015, to consider and take on record audited financial results for quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015, Welspun India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on April 29, 2015, will consider proposal to recommend dividend on equity shares for financial year 2014-15.
