With reference to the earlier letter dated April 14, 2016 regarding Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window, Welspun India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting scheduled to be held on April 25, 2016 will consider inter alia the proposal to recommend final dividend on equity shares for financial year 2015-16.
