Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 30% (i.e. Rs. 3 per equity share having nominal value of Rs. 10/-) for the financial year 2013-14. The Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on September 01, 2014.
