Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, has resolved to pay Interim Dividend of Rs 3 per equity shares having nominal value of Rs. 10 for the financial year 2014-15. The Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after November 25, 2014.
