Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 is closed from January 19, 2016 to February 04, 2016.
