Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2015, has resolved to pay Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.50 per equity share having nominal value of Rs.10 for the financial year 2015-16. The Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after November 06, 2015.
