Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend at the rate of 5% (i.e. Re. 0.05 per share on equity share of Re. 1 each (post <BR>sub-division)) for approval of equity shares in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. With this the total dividend for the year (subject to shareholders approval) will be 130% (i.e. Re. 1.30/- per share (post sub-division).
