Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from April 22, 2015 to April 30, 2015.
