Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further note that with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 is closed from April 15, 2016 to April 27, 2016.
