Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend at the rate of 75% (i.e. Rs. 7.50 per share) with this the total dividend for the year is 105% (i.e. Rs. 10.50/- per share).
