Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the standalone as well as consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further note that with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from July 23, 2014 to July 31, 2014.
