Further to our notice dated December 05, 2017, please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 has been postponed to Tuesday, December 12, 2017. <BR> <BR> Take further notice that with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from Thursday, November 30, 2017 to Thursday, December 14, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
