Welterman International Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>- Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The trading window for Directors and Insiders (as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading) is closed from January 28, 2017 upto 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting related to aforesaid matters is made public in Newspaper / Stock Exchange i.e. February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive) upon intimation on January 27, 2017 to BSE for proposed Board Meeting for consideration of aforesaid matters. The Trading Window shall re-open w.e.f. February 11, 2017.
