WEP Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2015 has approved the grant of 2,40,000 Options at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per share to eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.
