Westlife Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on May 06, 2016, to consider, inter alia, the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 28, 2016 to May 09, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016, and will re-open on May 10, 2016.
