Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for quarter/half year ended September 30, 2017.<BR><BR>Further the trading window for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for Directors, Designated employees (including their immediate relatives) of the Company from October 25, 2017 to November 08, 2017 (both days inclusive) for considering un-audited financial results for quarter/half year ended September 30, 2017.
