Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 13, 2015.<BR><BR>The final dividend recommend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before September 10, 2015.
