Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014 as required under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from October 16, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) for considering Un-audited financial results for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014.
