Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2015, inter alia, has recommended final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2015 at Rs. 4.50 equity per share.<BR><BR>The final Dividend recommended, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before September 10, 2015.
