Whirlpool of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, as per the companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the closure of "Trading window" shall commence from January 23, 2015 and will end on February 01, 2015 after public announcement of the un-audited financial result for third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
