Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct, for the purpose of publication of financial results of the Company, for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, the "Trading Window" shall be closed from February 06, 2017 to February 16, 2017 or 48 hrs. from the publication of financial results, whichever is later.
