Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, to consider and approve Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, "Trading Window" shall be closed from November 06, 2014 to November 15, 2014 or up to 24 hrs. after conclusion of Board Meeting.
