Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the followings:-<BR><BR>1. Appointed Sh. Ashish Bagrodia, (presently Managing Director) as Chairman and Managing Director of Company.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Smt. Neena Singh as Additional Director of Company with effect from March 27, 2015 under the category of Non- Executive Independent Director.<BR><BR>3. Appointed Sh. Satish Bagrodia as Advisor of the Company under the provisions of section 188 of Companies Act 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders of Company.
