Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company will be held on May 06, 2015 at 10.00 A.M at Registered Office of the Company i.e. 1, Industrial Area, Baddi, Distt Solan, H.P. for the purpose of taking approval of shareholders of the Company under the provisions of section 188 of Companies Act, 2013 & rules made thereunder for appointment of Sh. Satish Bagrodia as advisor of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed April 03, 2015, as cut-off date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes electronically (e-voting) for aforesaid businesses to be transacted at the ensuing EOGM.
