Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to close the financial year of the Company 2014-15 on March 31, 2015. Accordingly, the financial year 2014-15 comprises for a period of six months only, as the financial year 2013-14 was closed on September 30, 2014.
