Mr Rishad Azim Premji is appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from May 01, 2015. <BR><BR>A copy of Press Release in this connection is enclosed.<BR><BR>2. Mr. V Ramachandran, Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours of April 22, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Mr. Jatin Pravinchandra Dalal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 23, 2015.
