With reference to the press release dated October 22, 2014 announced to Stock exchange where the proposal by the trustees to sell the shares of Wipro Limited held by Wipro Inc Benefit Trust was disclosed, Wipro Ltd has now informed BSE that all the 1810388 shares of Wipro Limited which were held by Wipro Inc Benefit Trust have been sold (over December 09, 2014 to December 11, 2014) at an average market price of Rs. 552.43/- per share.<BR><BR>The Company is also enclosing the forwarded statement dated December 11, 2014 received from trustees of Wipro Inc Benefit Trust, for reference.
