Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2014 and the accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors in the evening on the same day.<br/><br/>The Board of Directors will consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1) under Indian GAAP and IFRS requirements respectively.
