Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved declaration of interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of par value Rs. 2/- each to the members of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that the payment date for interim dividend is fixed as February 02, 2015.
