Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a Final dividend of INR 1 per equity share of par value INR 2 each to the members of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting.
