GRANT OF RESTRICTED STOCK UNITS<BR> This is to inform you that the Company has granted 5,00,000 (Five hundred thousand) Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 to its identified employee. This grant is effective September 1, 2017.These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
