Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Company's Board of Directors will be held over October 20-21, 2015 to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) under India GAAP and IFRS requirements respectively. The accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors on the evening of October 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from September 16, 2015 till October 23, 2015.
