Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has granted 8,000 (Eight Thousand) Restricted Stock Units with grant date as September 01, 2015 to its identified employee.<BR><BR>The grant of above Restricted Stock Units are in line with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and as per the terms of the Restricted Stock Unit Plans.<BR><BR>These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
