| Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 6,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at their meeting held on February 25, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 550,330,765 (110,066,153 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 550,364,515 (110,072,903 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each). | |
