Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2016, inter alia, to consider & approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016; and issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Companys code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from April 25, 2016 to May 08, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from May 09, 2016.
