With reference to the news item appearing in the CNBC TV 18 dated May 27, 2015 captioned "US FDA has completed inspection of both Waluj, Chikalthana Facilities", Wockhardt Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"This is to inform you the exchange that inspection of our manufacturing unit at H14/2 Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra by US FDA has since been completed.<BR><BR>As a standard protocol of the Organization we keep the Stock Exchange informed about any price sensitive information under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement or other relevant applicable laws"
