Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2014, inter alia, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. @ 400% for the financial year 2014-15 on 110,040,403 equity shares of the Company.
