| Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 2,14,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on July 08, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 551,027,015/- (110,205,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,097,015/- (110,419,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each). | |
