Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the Exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 30th October, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> <BR> Further, please note that pursuant to Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 10th October, 2017 to 1st November, 2017 (both days inclusive).
