Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Companys code for prevention of insider trading, the Trading window is closed from July 31, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open 24 hours after the financial results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
