Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following items:<BR><BR>1. Approval of the Annual Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and Boards Report along with other Annexures,<BR><BR>2. Approval of the Audited Consolidated and Standalone financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of dividend on Preference Shares, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Companys code for prevention of insider trading the Trading window is closed from May 14, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
